Whaa-ka-dub [Robert Wade Monger] (Andy) Whaa-ka-dub [wha-XHAI-dip] is an active member of the Tulalip tribes. He performs several duties for the community, and is involved in Native American Church (NAC). "It's good to have a movie in this area and using the Indians from this area." He's been involved in a major revival of the coastal Indian culture and, with his wife Lisa "Stakiyote" Monger, speaks and sings for schools and civic organizations. With his wife and brother he has formed a band called "Red Thunder." "Andy is like a non-chalant, happy-go-lucky guy. He sees dynamite, and is like 'whoopty-doo'. There's nothing odd to him about it." |
